• What is your smoking policy now that marijuana is legal in Virginia?

  We have a strict non-smoking policy, to include vapor products. If you or a passenger want to step out of the vehicle to smoke, that works for us. ** We have had issues with this in the past and will have to charge the Turo fee of $150 to get any residual smoke smell out of the vehicle. So please, please, please don't smoke in it.**

• What if I get into an accident or pulled over?

  In the unlikely event that you get into a fender-bender or get pulled over, there are convenient documents inside the glove box that provide information to present to other drivers and law-enforcement personnel. (You can also open up your Turo app and find all the rental and insurance information you need within the rental agreement under the “help” section.)

• What about pets in this vehicle?

  NO PETS!! We love animals, just not in our vehicles.

• What about tolls?

  There is an EZ-Pass in the vehicle. If you go through any tunnels or tolls, the costs will simply be added to your overall invoice. This EZ-Pass has the flex option for HOV lane usage as well.

• Can someone else drive the car booked on Turo?

  Please contact Turo or use the Turo app to add an additional driver with no additional fees. We will also need to obtain a photo of their license before the rental starts. This can be submitted in the "trip photos" section of the rental agreement.
