However it's inconvenient to pick up the car from New Rochelle which cost me 70$ from LGA to Pick up the car and similarly 65$ to go back to JFK after dropping off the car.

This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous about the process but Jason was AMAZING! He responded quickly to all of my messages and was super patient about answering my many questions. Jason was also very accommodating-agreeing to meet me at a location that was close to where I was staying and within walking distance for me. The car was immaculately clean, had convenient features and was spacious. Jason made me feel comfortable when picking up the car. As a woman, I was understandably cautious about the process but after meeting him my fears were gone immediately. He seems like a genuinely good human. I would definitely book with Jason again and if you're in the area, you should too!

This is the second time around renting from Eliezer, but this time I rented the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It definitely has some great features, the ride itself is smooth, but also ready for any rugged road ahead….if that makes sense. My favorite part of the jeep is the fact that the entire roof opens up all the way from the front to the back of the vehicle. The weather was amazing so driving with the entire rooftop open was amazing. Eliezer continues to display exemplary customer service, the car is really clean and he is always on time for pickup and delivery. I also left two pairs of sunglasses in the vehicle and he called me immediately to notify me that he had them. Eliezer is a FIVE STAR HOST FOR SURE!!

Shaunte was very easy to coordinate with for pick up and drop off. He responded immediately to all my questions. The car is huge and comfortable. Perfect for three of us and all of our son's stuff for his college dorm! We could have even had another passenger or two!

Renting this vehicle was a seamless experience. Belkis gave clear pick up/drop off instructions. She was on time and communicative throughout the whole process. The car was clean. Great on gas and very comfortable with plenty of leg room and a good music system. I highly recommend..
