The truck was filthy ! We got it and went straight to the car wash! Keep in mind the blinker does not work! The check engine light was on. It was doing a-lot of stalling and very much in need of a tune up!!! We arrived at the drop off location and our ride was 10mins out. One employee said we can wait in the car and to pull to the right. We was originally blocking in a truck with someone inside, my husband asked him was he leaving -he barely want to respond and just pointed we pulled up again. They told us that we cant park there and we also cant sit in the car anymore and they would move it. We gathered all of our belongings and after i asked this black guy should we move the car and he said he would handle it. There was no communication between the employees and the customer service was soooo terrible! I have never had this experience! I hope they get better people working for them i dont know if they where racist or what ! It was definitely giving GET OFF MY LAND 😭😂 the only reason im giving them two stars is because of the black people. They where the only nice ones!
