Great communication and instructions. The car was very clean. I’m not sure if the Jeep did not have keyless entry of if we didn’t know how to work it but that was an inconvenience always having to unlock and lock every door by hand the entire trip. The windows are hand crank as well. Not the end of the world but worth noting for others wanting to rent. The aux plug did not work well it would work and then shut off with a loud pop. So a few downfalls that were not mentioned in the posting but overall a good car to rent.
