Driver Verification Contactless Pickup: Guests must upload photos of their driver’s license (front and back) and a selfie holding the license to the Turo app under "add photos." The individual picking up the vehicle must match the booking profile. Fuel The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Prepaid fuel options are available at booking. Tolls Guests must pay for each toll. Unpaid tolls will be charged through the Turo app after the trip. Cleaning Guests are not required to clean the vehicle before return. However, returning the car in a condition resulting from irresponsible or abusive behavior may incur a $150 cleaning fee plus a 3% processing fee as per Turo's policy. Welcome to 2019 Jeep Cherokee! Please review the following guidelines: Eligibility: Renters must have a valid driver’s license and meet Turo’s eligibility requirements. You must meet the minimum age requirement for this vehicle. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes, is prohibited. Any sign of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. No Pets: Pet's are not allowed due to cleaning in between guests. Cleanliness: A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. Fuel Policy: Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. A refueling fee will be applied if not. If you would like to return the car with any level of fuel, please purchase the extra "pre-paid fuel." Mileage Limit: Your rental includes a daily mileage limit of [Your Mileage Limit] miles. If you exceed this, a fee of [Excess Mileage Fee] per extra mile will apply. Tolls and Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for paying any tolls or traffic violations during the rental period. Maintenance and Repairs: If you experience any issues or breakdowns, please contact us immediately for assistance. Turo roadside can assist you through the platform if the car breakdown.
