Great car! Easy communication, and no issues

Great vehicle and relatively good experience. It would be helpful if the host could just add some salutations or polite words to the text to help with the interpretation of text tone. However,
Appreciated the host working with some unique circumstances as it was last minute booking due to our other booking with another host ending up with undisclosed car safety issues.

They gave us a 2013 highlander, not the booked and paid for 2017, with a low tire warning on dash. Went to fill up and the valve stem was broken. Changed spare tire in below freezing temps. Still in town so asked for another ride. None available. Went to tire store but couldnt do anything until monday because it was a tpms sensor. Had to do trip with no spare, so limited driving for the week put a damper on things. Crappy windshield wipers in the snow and freezing rain. The compensation offered at the beginning turned out to be 20% off credit for "next time". I don't think there will be a next time, this was the 1st and last.
