Arrived a little early, I let Michael know as soon as we landed, if the drop off could be arranged a little earlier, to which he did his best. Pickup at the airport was a little hectic with 4 other family members, and it being my first time renting on Turo, I forgot to do a thorough inspection. Fast forward couple hours, I noticed some issues which Michael had remediated within couple hours. Even though it was an inconvenience, we rather wanted to be safe than sorry on our long drive. However Michael was professional throughout the whole process and definitely made up for the inconvenience. Will be renting again, should the occasion arise. Thumbs up to you sir. Thanks.
