Guidelines
—Tolls— All cars have Sunpass device for tolls. However, renters are responsible to pay for their own tolls at the end of the trip. —smoking policy— Please don't smoke inside the car. There is a strict $150 smoking fee. —Airport Delivery — We honor free airport delivery. —Gas Level— Please return the vehicle with the same level of gas as it was received. You will be charged for the refuel + $10 inconvenience fee if prepaid fuel extra is not added. — Cleaning— If car is not returned in the same conditions as it was delivered there will be a cleaning fee starting at $25.00. —Notes— *Vehicle cannot leave the state of Florida. There will be a charge of $750.00 plus any additional mile. *Please note that basic and standard insurance does not cover roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire, need a jumpstart etc you will be responsible. However, I can offer my roadside assistance for an additional fee of $175.00 (depending on location and distance of event) -Pets are welcome but please return car clean. (any interior damage will be your responsibility) Thanks

Great service. Pick up was fast same as drop off. Replies to text in a matter of minutes. Host and co-host were nice. I recommend that you book with her.

I neglected to book a rental far enough in advance and the local agencies were all out, so I decided to try TURO out. This was my first TURO experience and I was a bit skeptical of how it may go. Luna and her team were AMAZING! The car was great, the rate was considerably lower than enterprise, they were more than accommodating when my flight was delayed 3 hours, their shuttle service is great and operates at ALL hours. I would happily use them again!

This was my first time using Turo and was absolutely impressed with Luna’s responsiveness and the convenience of picking up and dropping of the car with excellent shuttle service. Juan who picked me up and dropped me off at the terminal is very courteous and friendly. The cars are super clean and I felt as if I was driving one of my own cars. I will definitely be renting again from Luna in my next business trip👍👍
