The car was brand new and drove great. However, I felt uneasy to whole time. The pick up seemed like an underground garage drug deal. It was in a garage of a hotel, One person had a backpack full of keys, another older man was standing outside which is seemed like she was being the lookout, and Alejandro was the one checking in on the app. Alejandro didn’t say a word and didn’t even give me an eye contact. He just took pictures of the car and handed me the keys. Even thought my car and driving Experience was good. I don’t feel comfortable renting from them again. Something didn’t feel legitimate.
