Please Read all details Before Booking, Thank you in advance for your cooperation. -We don’t recommend older vehicles for out of state. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is a ride-sharing, if something happens out of state it is not really possible to get a replacement car. These are used, reconditioned vehicles , and if something happens we like to be able respond quickly. -After booking, please be ready to send your drivers license front and back as well as a photo of yourself holding your license. Please be advised that this is a requirement for pickup , so that we can give you the lockbox code. -GPS tracking system is in the car as a safety feature. - All vehicles are used and will have normal wear from being rented. If you ever have an issue I will be available to help. - For insurance reasons we don’t drop or pickup vehicles. -We would like a five star rating (and we will give you a five star rating ) on every trip. If you have an issue please discuss it with us and give us the opportunity to make you happy. -In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on Turo app. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are in the glove box. -No smoking in the car. There is a $250 fee if any smoking takes place in the car because we have to use an ozone machine and do a deep cleaning to get the smell and ashes out as it bothers some of our other renters. This fee helps us cover those costs. -We do ask that you bring the car back in the same condition that it went out in. We take our time to make sure you leave our lot with a clean and sanitized car.
