This Audi Q7 2017 3.0T features lots of room (7 seater), Apple CarPlay, panoramic sunroof, heated seats and mountain/snow tires. It's great in all road conditions (no off roading) and gives you a smooth and quiet ride. This vehicle has tons of space, you are able to fold down the two extra seats in the back for extra room. Incredible Boss music system and hands-free Apple CarPlay gives the ultimate driving experience. **This car is cleaned and disinfected before every trip** **Premium gas only** The following is NOT allowed: - NO pets ($250 fine for deep cleaning) - NO smoking/vaping ($250 fine to get the smell out) - NO off-roading Pick up/drop off is in Lynnwood, WA (20 minutes from downtown Seattle & downtown Bellevue). Able to deliver to custom locations for an additional fee. Contactless pick-up will be available when I am not able to be there for drop off of the car. There is a lock box in the car hitch. I will message you the code. All you need to do is remove the black cover, set the given code and push down on the small black metal handle on top and pull towards yourself; the key will be inside. When your trip is over, you would follow the same instructions to place the key back in the lock box. For every hour that you are late, I will have to charge an additional $40 for the time.

Am I responsible for cleaning the vehicle upon drop off?
Guests are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition that it was picked up in. If the car is returned in a severely different condition than when it was dropped off, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Am I responsible for returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas?
All guests are responsible for returning the car on the same level of gas unless the Prepaid Fuel option under the “Extras” section is selected. Note: Premium gas only.
What if I would like to extend my trip?
1. Log onto turo.com or to the Turo mobile app 2. Open your Trips tab and click on "Booked" 3. Select the trip you’d like to change and click "Change trip" 4. Choose “Change trip length" 5. Enter your new end time and notify your host 6. Submit your request
Am I responsible for parking tickets/toll payments?
All guests are responsible for notifying me of any incurred tickets/tolls right away. If I am not notified in time, there will be an additional charge for late fees.
What if I get into an accident during my trip?
In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform me of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents. If you need to speak with a Turo customer service representative, their number is (415)965-4525. Please message me a few pictures that clearly show the damage to (insert #) and report the accident to Turo using: https://turo.com/resolutions

Very clean and comfortable car. We drove over mountain passes with snow and ice and it always felt stable with great traction. Easily fits 4 adults with baggage. Would happily reserve again when back in Seattle area.
