Good host with communication. Smoke smell threw me off though despite the car being clean. I was up front about a curb rash and offered to pay the same day and it seemed like they were understanding. Beautifully car but getting rid of smoke odor recommended. Phone access was convenient.

Great experience with this guest. Would’ve been helpful if he had made me aware of the smoke smell in the vehicle. Could’ve easily treated the vehicle again. It’s super frustrating because I don’t smoke and neither does my wife and it’s the folks that violate this policy, that makes it extremely difficult for host to provide an excellent experience For the guest. Anyone who smokes my vehicle automatically gets a three star rating and I will not rent them again.

Everything about the process was super easy and easy to understand. The car is awesome and the host were great and very reliable when needing assistance. i 1000% recommend anyone in the Louisville area who needs a vehicle to rent with these guys.
