Exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation. If you request pickup at the airport, host may either meet you at the airport or park the car in nearby garage ready for upon start of trip. Vehicle can be accessed via remote unlock or a lockbox on the car.

This SUV will be delivered to you cleaned. Please return in same condition when delivered. Any stains, dog/cat waste/pee or other major dirt in the car upon delivery will be reported for cleaning violation. When you bring car to the beach make sure sand is not accumulated unto seats/floors/carpets. Sand/cleaning/removal takes time, this will be reported as cleaning violation. Turo can change you up to $150.00 for cleaning violation fees. Strictly No Smoking in this vehicle. Any smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking in the SUV detected and found upon delivery will be reported to Turo for No Smoking violation policy and you will be charged $150.00 for this violation. As an AWD SUV, this can easily handle driving up to famous mountain resorts in California like Big Bear, Yosemite, Mammoth Mountains, however, to prevent damage to vehicle and/or wheels/tires it is Prohibited to use this SUV for Extreme Off-roading adventures in rocky, water/stream and extreme off road trails. This SUV is not designed for extreme off-road sports and trail routes. Any damage caused to to improper/abuse use of this SUV will be charged to the guest. For guests flying to/from LAX, pls be advised that there is a current LAX/Turo policy against car delivery/drop off right outside LAX terminal/onsite LAX parking. For your convenience car will be parked at nearby LAX garage with 10-15 free shuttle from terminal. Guest will pay $20-25 parking fee upon pickup. For smaller airports pickup/delivery - Long Beach, Burbank/ Bob Hope etc you will pay parking fee #15-24 upon pickup.

• Is the guest required to carwash / vacuum the vehicle upon return?

  The vehicle will be delivered to you cleaned, vacuumed and disinfected. The guest is expected to do some basic cleaning and return the vehicle in the condition as it was delivered. Customer is not required to carwash and fully vacuum or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, as a ride-share, we expect the guest to return the car in same condition when it was delivered, please do some basic cleaning, wipe off the interior/dashboard, if the car is so dirty due to long trips, a basic drive-thru wash will be appreciated. Special car drying towels/microfiber cloths and interior/dash wipes will be provided in the trunk. If the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive use/behavior (like stains, food spillage, smoking, beach sand on seat/carpet etc), we will report to Turo. • Is smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING please! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Turo may also remove the guest from Turo for Smoking/cleaning violation.

• How to use my IPhone for navigation/music streaming via Apple Carplay?

  To use your IPhone for navigation via Apple Carplay, connect your phone via USB, press Menu and press Apple Carplay. Apple Carplay may also turn on automatically when you cannect your phone.

• Can I use Express Lanes/Toll Rd during my trip?

  Yes this car has Express Lane membership but remember its not included in the trip. You will be charged for your toral of your usage at the end of your trip.
