Great first Turo experience- definitely influences me to use the service and this particular host again. I did encounter a few issues which the host remedied quickly. Communication with host is five stars, only docked one star for a few inconveniences.

Firstly, the car was a bit dirty- mainly interior. At first glance, the exterior was pretty clean but after entering the car and closer inspection, it was a bit dirty inside and out. Host responded and credited for a car wash.

The other inconvenience was the key fob had a low battery alert after I shut off the car. I took initiative and replaced the battery. Lastly, a concern of mine would be tire tread- as the front wheel tires are much more worn than the rear- and are mismatching brands leading me to believe there was a replace of the two pairs. Did not affect drivability but was more-so a safety concern.

Overall, ease of retrieving and dropping off car was very good.
