Pick up was easy, but after that, everything was downhill, the car was extremely shaky key fob did not allow the car to lock , towards the end of the trip the key wouldn’t even work in the vehicle
The host gets a 5 star but the vehicle itself was not great

Thank you for your review and for rating me 5 stars BUT the car is 5 stars as well what happened is someone tried to steel the car he broke the door lock and tried to force the ignition that’s why it didn’t start after 6 days of normal use
May be you didn’t recognise that it was a theft trip but it was according to the dealer report
Now the car locking system got replaced on dealer ( ignition and door lock ) and the car is working absolutely normal

Rented Essam’s vehicle for about 2 weeks.
Pros: solid price for SUV, good gas mileage, car beeps when reversing to assist with nearby objects, convenient pick up and drop off, easy Bluetooth connection and Essam is readily available.
Cons: had to pay $35 to pick up car from economy parking which wasn’t initially noted (if it was, I missed it) and this was not part of $65 delivery fee, brakes make loud squeaking noise anytime you reverse the car, car is in need of new windshield wipers (doesn’t wipe the well and screeches) car interior was a bit dusty, there are metal poles and tools that clink and clank in the trunk and back-seat passengers are unable to open the car door from the inside, but only on the right hand side of the car.
Overall, we got a solid use of the car and you get what you pay for!

About the parking It is the law in LAX as we are not allowed to drop off in person by the terminals anymore and the car has to be left in a parking lot by the airport
About the sounds on the trunk it was the snow chains from the last trip which should be removed before your trip
About the child lock of the door it’s working normally and may be you didn’t find the place of the child lock release
