The pick up was easy. The car seems to have some engine and EV problems when it’s parked in a hot place. The drop off was easy

Always fast and easy.

First time using Turo and was let down. Other cars on the lot were washed/being washed. This car was pretty dusty. Steering wheel was sticky, headliner was dirty and interior smelled. My group complained about flies and ants being on them once we got in. The car was very good on gas as we only had to fill up at the end when handing the car back. The host notified me that this car does not have a traditional 12V battery, but I would have to manually open the car door and hit the 12V battery reset multiple times a day for half of my trip even though all lights were off and all USB ports were unplugged.

Pick up was good, car worked great until the end, appreciate the hybrid!
The Car battery died on me even though no doors, lights were left on to cause the issue. Battery I hope is checked before next renter.
The host was rude and blamed me for living lights on when I didn’t leave a thing on when I asked for help stressed out I was going to miss my flight. Had to call support and they tried to help me. 30 minutes later of unnecessary stress the host texted me with a simple button on how to get the car started again which I wish they would have said on the phone instead of being so rude.
Hope they improve their hosting skills to be helpful to people when things aren’t working instead of shaming and blaming.
