  • Can I self Check in/ Check out?

    Usually we are meeting you to provide keys, but in some cases will allow conditional to: You will send a copy of your driver license in advance You will need to take and send around 20-25 photos of Exterior/ Interior/ Gas/ Odometer during both check in & out process.

  • Can my friends drive the rental car?

    If you'd like to add a friend as a driver for the trip all you need to do is have them sign up for a Turo account and then add their email address to your trip booking through the Turo app or website.

  • Is child seat included?

    We are renting the child chair for 50$ per trip.

  • Do I have to clean up the vehicle before returning?

    Yes. The car should be returned the same condition as when you pick it up. We understand that accidents could happen. We would have to charge a $50 clean-up fee. Thank you

  • What are you doing to protect me from Covid-19?

    We take customer health and safety very seriously and in the light of the recent Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak we are taking additional steps to minimize the risk of transmission from a rental vehicle. Before the vehicle is rented out we are disinfecting all surfaces including but not limited to the steering wheel, door handles (interior and exterior), seatbelts, seating surfaces, switches and stalks. This includes spraying Ozium to disinfect cabin air. This treatment does leave a residual odor that may be unfamiliar to you but this generally dissipates within an hour after treatment. During your rental, we also recommend: 1. If possible, periodically clean & disinfect all high-touch surfaces in the car. 2. Keep air conditioning set to fresh (do NOT re-circulate) and/or drive with the windows down. 3. Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands for 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer frequently.

  • Is smoking and pets allowed?

    PLEASE NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED! No smoking or vaping of any type is allowed in the car. If cigarette or marijuana odors are detected, up to $250 cleaning fee will be charged, as per Turo policy: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990550-Smoking-Policy Animal cleaning fee up to 150. Service dogs are ok, after confirmation and extra cleaning fee with discount.

  • Can I pick up/drop off the car earlier/later?

    Unfortunately, with the amount of vehicles we have to pick up and deliver, bookings MUST be picked up and returned ON TIME. Late pick ups may result in a cancellation or late fee. If you're going to be late for the return, please call us as soon as possible. Late fees start at $50/hour, per Turo policy. I will do my best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
