Pets are not permitted, a few family members have severe allergy on cats and dogs. Thus if the incident happens the car has to undergo the deep cleaning which guest would be responsible to cover the cost for. This car is not allowed to be rented for Burning Man festival, no exceptions. This car is not equipped with toll transponder. You are responsible for any toll violations, penalties for driving vehicle on the fast lane without a transponder, any late penalties, etc. Please plan your route accordingly, mind the toll roads.

We had an excellent trip with Alexander's Yukon. Communication was very easy and smooth with him. The car is an absolute monster. Perfect fit for larger families traveling across the country. Alexander is very cooperative too. I accidentally locked myself out of the car in the misddle of the desert. He quickly took action and solved it out with the insurance company and did not charge us any extra fee. I would definitely book again.

Everything was great, we had 6 adults and 2 children and everyone was comfortable. We didn’t have any issues with the car, the communication about pick up and drop off was great and very specific. Overall everything was awesome!
