This is the newest Audi eTron, the fully electric Quattro SUV full of features. The car drives amazingly, with the adaptive air suspension you hardly feel any bump on the road. It has the handling of a Q5 with the driving of a true electric vehicle. The car gets from 0-80% charged (which is approximately 200 miles) in 30 minutes on fast chargers like Electrify America. If you are driving long distance, the car automatically calculates the route with the charging stops along the route if the trip is above range. If you are an Audi fan, you will love this car. A 100% fully charged battery gets up to 204 miles.
How long does it take to charge?
To charge 10-80% it takes approximately 30 minutes on fast charging stations like Electrify America (150Kwh). To get to 100%, around 48 minutes.
Can I go to Las Vegas or San Francisco from LA?
Yes! There are several Electrify America stations along major cities connected to Los Angeles. The car automatically calculates the distance to your destination and includes any stops necessary if the trip is longer than the car range. In a 30min break you can get back to 80% battery and the beauty of all, it only costs $0.99/min (for fast charging) so a 30 min charge is $30.
How much is to charge?
It all depends, every station has their price however, the most expensive one is the Fast Charging which comes to $0.99/minute but if you are not in a hurry and just stopped at a mall or somewhere that you know you don’t mind charging for a while you can find places for Free or as low as $0.15/min.
At what range should I stop to recharge?
Anywhere you go it is always recommended to see if there are charging stations available so you can continuously have a fully charged car but you should never go below 25 miles so it gives you enough room to run to the nearest fast charging station if needed.
