Lance was quick and great with coordinating pick up and drop off. Fit 6 grown men, with gear and the roof rack came in handy for the snowboards plus some gear. (Caltrans was requiring chains or snow tires and 4 wheel drive) Got us through the snow, going over the 50 in the snow to Tahoe and back as it was, we didn’t require chains. Thanks for helping make the trip happen!

Quang was responsive and helpful throughout the whole trip.

Pickup of the vehicle was very easy. Lance answered all my questions very quickly, and he was a very responsive host. The car had recently returned from a trip, so it didn’t seem vacuumed, but the snow tires were a life saver, and we made it to and from Tahoe in one piece. Only maintenance complaint was that the windshield wiper fluid was very low, so we had to refill it during our trip.

Thanks Nancy, my bad on the low wiper fluid. With recent multiple guests' back2back Tahoe and Yosemite trips during this CA historic storm, we should've checked as it was probably used a lot. Our Mercedes is always sanitized and cleaned, sorry in quik turnaround if we missed a spot.

Very responsive host. Went out of his way to arrange for a luggage carrier to be installed. The car navigated both the San Fran streets and the Yosemite winter with no problems. Would highly recommend!
