The trip wasn’t a success due to issues beyond my control but the ride and vehicle was superb we loved every second of it. I look forward to renting this vehicle or another from the Host in the near future.

The ride was fine. Only issue was miscommunication for drop off, which was an inconvenience.

This was my first time renting through Turo. Ballard was very responsive with messages and answered all my questions. The car was great and met our needs for a larger car. I would rent Ballard's cars again.
