The very first thing I should mention is that although I very specifically chose airport delivery and drop off, I was told I needed to meet the car at remote parking offsite. I texted the owner at 2:43 that we had arrived for our 3:00 pick up. He did not arrive until 3:30. When he did arrive, I was waiting at the designated Turo pickup/drop off lot and had to argue with the owner that this is not what I had agreed to and due to the temperature and the fact I had a child with me, I could not walk to the remote lot and cross a 4 lane road. After getting yelled at by security because he tried to pull into the taxi pickup lane, he finally met me at the Turo lot. After several “excuses me” comments from him, I was ready to cancel the trip. Another man shows up and starts in on telling me that if I puck up or drop off anywhere other than they designated, they would be charged $200 from Turo which they would then charge me for. I would NEVER have picked offsite parking. The inside smelled of bad body odor, there was no visor for the window despite temperatures here being over 95 degrees consistently during this time of year which made parking a nightmare because I constantly had to find shade so we didn’t burn our legs getting in the car. We dropped off the vehicle as instructed, left the car as requested and had to hike across the 4 lane road, passing the Turo Lot where we should have been able to park in the first place. I will absolutely NEVER use Turo again for Vegas trips because of this man. I have used this app several time with my partner and I have never had a more difficult time getting a vehicle. Overall the gas mileage is great even though they left no manual on the vehicle for us to understand ow to operate the features. There are no standard usb ports in the vehicle only the small C ports and a “wireless charging” stand that does not work if you have a phone case.

Nice suv with great features, esp safe driving features. Host was easy to work with. One issue was the car’s plug in battery was completely dead at pickup so we did not have the full expected benefits of a hybrid EV. We also experienced a point where the A/C would not get cold and drove that way for about 15 mins, at which point we stopped for food and when we turned the car back on, it was working fine.

Car is spacious and comfortable. Recommended for a party of 4.

Car was nice, clean. Host was responsive. My only complaints were the pick up and drop off location was different from the app, so I wasn’t sure if this was going to be a legit booking. The pick up location was at a sketchy gas station with the key inside so I’m glad the car didn’t get stolen. Only other complaint was the car was not filled up so we had to handle that at the beginning of the trip. Other than that the car had a great sound system and lots of space. Zippy.
