Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 91 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. Is there smoking permitted in the car?
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning service

Excellent service! The pick up and drop off the car took 2-3 minutes each, communication from the team was excellent. Condition of the car was great. Access from the strip was a real bonus. Don’t bother hiring from a car rental company again in Vegas, use Raymond! I will be using Raymond again whenever I’m in Vegas.

This was a smooth and seamless transaction! We came to Vegas all the way from North Carolina had no problems with Raymond! Thank you so much it was a beautiful and smooth nice drive to Zion National Park
