Everything was great for most of the trip. Michael was waiting outside Cleveland Hopkins airport with the vehicle when we arrived. He was very friendly, the vehicle was clean, well kept and had a remote start feature that is very convenient for this winter weather! No complaints on the vehicle during the trip.
But Michael’s cohost messaged me the day before the vehicle needed to be returned to arrange a time to meet in front of Cleveland Hopkins (departures/arrivals) to retrieve the vehicle for pick up. We agreed on a time. The next day he did not show up. I sent several messages and waited over 15 minutes before deciding to park the car in one of the airport lots. This was a little frustrating because if we knew we needed to park the vehicle and walk from the parking garage to the airport we would’ve planned to leave earlier to allow more time for us to catch our flight. We still have not heard anything back from anyone
