John was unbelievably accommodating to me. Everything that needed to happen to make the transaction smooth and enjoyable was in place. The vehicle was in great shape and right where he said it would be. He was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Great communication, and the 4runner got us where we needed to around the city. Pick up was easy (just had to have the shuttle driver go up and down a few lanes before we found the car) and drop off was a breeze as well. I definitely prefer this service over a big rental company. Would definitely use John and Kyle again in the future. Thanks guys!
