I prefer no pets. However, if you must bring your pet along, please let me know in advance and receive my approval before your trip begins. As a reminder, Turo will charge a $150 cleaning violation fee plus a 3% processing fee if you transport a pet without approval, return the car with a significant amount of animal hair, or return the car with a cleaning issue that could have only been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior. Convenient and the Acura was great!

The first car we rented wouldn’t start. We waited about an hour until the owner responded with offering a different car. The next car (the Acura) was older, with no car connectivity and an A/C that would take forever to cool down the car.
The Owner(s) were super nice and had good communication but the vehicle experience was underwhelming. Overpriced/unreliable older vehicles from the 2 experienced.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was our honest experience with the vehicles.
Hi Jason, thanks for your honest feedback. I’m sorry for the delay when the car wouldn’t start—that’s on us. The battery has since been replaced. I appreciate your note about the AC in the RDX and am having it inspected to ensure it’s working properly. Midwest heat demands quick strong AC.
Also, the car is equipped with Bluetooth, so I’m not sure what issue came up there, but I’ll double-check the system. Thanks again for helping us improve.
