GUIDELINES - DRIVER'S/OPERATOR'S LICENSE Your driver's license/permit must be verified in person regardless of your history with Turo. Your profile photo cannot be used for verification purposes. ID cards will not be accepted as license to drive. Paper licenses MUST include a photo and cannot be older than 30 days. - NAME MATCH Your name on Turo MUST match the name on your license or the car can't be released legally. - AGE RESTRICTION(21 & over) This car is intended for drivers 21 and older: Guests under 21 MUST have at least five(5) positive reviews on Turo from the last five(5) trips. -PRIMARY DRIVER PICK-UP The primary driver MUST present when picking the car or the car cannot be released. - OFF-ROAD DRIVING This car isn't intended to be driven off-road. Please note this car doesn't have AWD(all-wheel drive) traction which is often used when going off-road in order to avoid getting stuck. Please note, tire repairs are the primary driver's responsibility. All services ordered by the primary guest shall be done by a certified professional including towing services. ALL receipts MUST be uploaded to the Trip Photos album located in your reservation details or, by providing a physical COPY of the receipt/s to the host. - LIMITED ROAD TRIPS This vehicle doesn't come with unlimited miles thus, this vehicle isn't interned for long trips. Extra mileage will apply when applicable. Please make sure you plan ahead when it comes to mileage. - FLAT TIRES In the unlikely event, you get a flat, you'd need contact Turo's roadside assistance at 415-965-4525 As a guest, you're responsible for any replaced tires unless the tires are damaged from age or from previous damage caused by another guest. Tire repairs are also the primary driver's responsibility. - ALL CARS ON TURO RUN ON SCHEDULE You cannot keep this car once your reservation has expired, late return option will apply when this car is kept beyond the scheduled return time, if you take this car you must return it at the scheduled time, no exceptions (unless you extend your reservation on the app, verbal agreements are considered invalid by Turo) late fees and improper return fees will apply plus, ATL(attempt to locate) system will be activated when you keep this car passed scheduled time and local authorities will be contacted. All legal actions will be at your expense. - COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS Due to the current Covid-19 situation, this car shall return in the same or similar condition as you pick it up. Any cleaning that requires more than vacuuming will be considered as extra cleaning (minimum of $30) unless the Post-Trip cleaning option was added at the time of booking. All of our cars are cleaned and disinfected prior to every rental as I have done since 2017. You're not liable for cleaning the exterior of the car, we understand this isn't in your control thus, a car wash isn't a must, however, it's really nice when a guest returns the car completely cleaned in order to avoid adding cleaning options at the end of a trip. ***CLEANING TIP: Cleaning this car yourself might cause damage, automatic car washes are ok and professional hand washes are acceptable as well. Remember you're only responsible for the car's interior condition when it comes to cleanliness. - SMOKE/STRONG ODOUR This vehicle is considered smoke-free thus, any smoking or any heavy odours will need to be removed and a $150 odour removal option will be added to your final bill. A $200 smoke removal option will be added to your bill in severe cases($150 smoke removal plus, a minimum of $50 cleaning fee, any smoking-related damages will be added to your final bill as well.) - FURRY FRIENDS/PETS NOT ALLOWED. SORRY. As an animal lover, pet hair is not allowed inside this car thus, there is a $50 hair removal when you choose to bring your furry friend with you and decide not to clean after. Up to $200 in severe cases, any pet-related damages will be billed to you at the end of your reservation. -TICKETS/TOLLS/PARKING FEES As a primary driver, you're responsible for any parking fees, toll charges and or traffic violations that occur during the duration of your trip. Any balance will be billed to your account at the end of your trip or after your trip has ended. Receipts will be uploaded for reimbursement. - COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY Last but not least, communication via the app is extremely important, ignoring messages on the app or on your personal phone will initiate an investigation and local authorities will be contacted within hours to locate the vehicle if all communications cease from you thus, good communication goes a long way. - CONFIRMATION If you understand and agree to these and all of Turo's guidelines, go ahead and let me know so we can proceed and go over all details necessary for your pick-up or if you disagree, you can cancel your request, no problem, no explanation needed, we understand.

  • I'm a clumsy driver, would I get charged if I scratch the car?

    Yes. Drivers who aren't well experienced WILL get charged for ANY damages, including damages caused by you, your friend or by theft.

  • What type of gas do I use to refill?

    E87 or higher. No fuel add-on, NOR DIESEL, please

  • Insurance coverage

    You're responsible for up to $3,000 USD for any minor/major damage that happen during your trip.

  • Between what time can the owner be reached?

    You can reach me from 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Unfortunately, not for this car. You MUST return the car WITHOUT ANY HAIR. Returning the car with hair WILL result in a $150 hair-cleaning debit/credit card option charge.
