She was a great host she is a wonderful human. This woman understand you as a person and on top of that she treat’s you with Respect. As a Marine she went above and behind to help me .

Had a great experience with the Traverse. Literally no complaints, couldn't have been a better experience. Car was clean, ran great and has an abundant amount of space. Darlene was fast to respond and even got an aux cable for us to use a few hours before the trip started. 10/10 experience. After booking a few cars with Turo, it's worth it to rent through a highly rated host like Darlene.
