Your SAFETY is our TOP PRIORITY. * Access will be provided through the AUDI App ensuring a contactless and smooth pick up. - All fines, tickets and tolls will be charged to the renter . - Refueling/ Cleaning: Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel prior to returning or we can also fuel the vehicle for you for just a $10 convenience fee + the cost of fuel. Receipts are required for fueling as this vehicle is 91 premium gas only. Cleaning fee will only be added if the vehicle is unreasonable dirty. We hand wash vehicles and take care of all regular cleaning ourselves. - Vehicle is to remain in CA UNLESS you purchase the out of state fee ( see extra's) . Car will be disabled if state lines are crossed. - No smoking or vaping in car ( $500 fee) 🚭 - Need more time with the AUDI? Car was a little hard to find but everything went well

My experience renting from Christopher couldn’t have been better. He was communicative, helpful, generous when some unexpected little blips occurred, and just fabulous to work with overall. Picking up and returning the car was a breeze—a huge plus and one of the many reasons I love Turo. The Q8 was precisely as described, immaculate, and had a tank full of gas as promised. I will rent from Christopher again when I come back to San Diego!

It pains me not to give a 5 star review here, because Christopher is a great host, and the car was perfect. However, the car wasn't available for us when we arrived, due to the previous user not returning it in time. We landed to discover it would be a few hours, so we were left to either wait around at the airport, or make other arrangements to get to our house. Since we were staying in North county, that meant either inconvenient public transit with luggage and kids, or an expensive Uber ride. We chose the latter, and Chris brought the car to the house (which is much closer to him) instead of the airport. He arrived about an hour later.
Again, Christopher was great with communication and we enjoyed the car. It's just unfortunate that we had to suffer the fallout from an inconsiderate user, and had to pay over $100 extra for our trip (and skip a planned stop along the way) because of it.
