My trip with kirill was great. He Was on time the car was clean and drop off was very smooth thanks for the trip.

I asked for pick up n drop off to be at airport n it wasn’t I had to get transportation to n from almost miss my flight!!! The representative can barely speak English and understand it I’m very un happy with the company! They didn’t give any Instructions on how to return car I call over 10 times before I was able to get a reply!

Perry I’m so sorry for your experience and will do my best to accommodate you fully next time you are in Orange County/also Angeles area. The flight to and from John Wayne are set up with vehicles around the airport and it’s written in the pick-up instructions. With that being said I always do my absolute best to accommodate pick up and drop off at the airport to make it as convenient as possible🙏

Kirill’s assistant was very cordial. Car was clean and without service lights. This particular one is equipped with the optional B&O system; always a nice touch. No complaints

Kirill's 2021 Audi Q7 Prestige trim is one of the best cars I've rented. I typically rent from Silvercar, which typically rents out the base premium models. We rented the Q7 for a long road trip to Zion National Park. It did performed extremely well with the air suspensio, great power to pass up vehicles and go uphill, and the quietest cabin. The Bang & Olufsen sound system was also really great. The Q7 had all of the latest features like Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Kirill's team had excellent communication and were on top of things. The vehicle was in a convenient location near a major freeway and gas station. I refilled the tank at a local Costco.
