Its my first time visiting Indianapolis & upon arrival the vehicle’s technology system was not working, the screen monitor was frozen & unable to tap on it or connect my device, then i looked to my left & noticed a check engine light on & the vehicle was 1000 miles overdue for an oil change. After contacting Armando and communicating the issues Armando’s sister then met with me and we went to a mechanic that said the car was non-drivable. It took about 3 hours for a replacement car & throughout this entire process i did not meet or speak to armando one single time in person or over the phone. His sister was amazing and a great person don’t get me wrong but i was fairly confused throughout the entire process as to why i wasn’t speaking to the person who is lending me their vehicle. I had rented the car for one day to avoid carry my bags around the city & that ended up being exactly what happened. Armando was nice enough to extend our time with the replacement vehicle but we did not need it, we only needed it for a smooth check-in process and be able to explore the city. Not everyone is perfect, this is just my personal experience & it wasn’t a pleasant one.
