We were to meet at 8am about a half mile from my hotel. A couple minutes after 8am Jerome said he was running late and he would deliver car to my hotel at 8:40. We walked back to hotel and waited. The vehicle was very nice and clean. Jerome explained how to operate vehicle (Tesla). However, He didn't bring the key card to operate vehicle so we had to wait another 40 minutes or so. We ended up departing at 9:40am which was about 1 hr and 40 minutes late to agreed time. As a courtesy he picked up vehicle at hotel instead of us walking the half-mile to drop off. We only used the car for 1 day instead of the 2 we reserved for and through the Turo app we tried to edit the 2 days to 1 day. Jerome didn't accept that so we paid for 2 days even though he picked up the vehicle the evening of our 1st and only day rental. Car was great and Jerome was pleasant. I am punctual and had to adjust our schedule to accommodate the tardiness and therefore would have appreciated the edit to the 1 day rental. The Turo app was great and will definitely use this again.

During the weekend all my vehicle require more than 1 day rental to booked it. You booked it for one day and 1 hr just to allow you to booked it from me. I was running late to giving you access to my tesla. For that simple reason I decide to deliver the tesla to your hotel and pick it up from your hotel free of charge. I usually charge guess $120 for that services. I gave it to you for free because I was late. In regards to your returning the vehicle early that not my fault. You choose 2 do that
