Great car, wonderful host! Flew in to Houston after 11 pm and our flight was 45 mins early. Dexy went above and beyond to get us checked in for our 12:30 am check-in as soon as he possibly could. Although he had to finalize the check-in before we could drive away, he warmed the car up for us (it was a bit chilly out) and allowed us to sit in the car while he took care of the process! He is a great educator of operating the car if it’s your first spin on a Tesla & has a wealth of resources to refer to in case you need a refresher! I was a pro in no time! All of his instructions for operation and rental expectations are clear and informative. His communication was above and beyond any of my expectations. For all of my million + 1 questions, he answered every one of them with patience & kindness! Not once did I feel like it was inconveniencing him. It also didn’t matter what time of day or night, he replied quickly with thorough answers. His fees for post charging and post cleaning are very reasonable and an added convenience! He provides transportation to & from the airport free of charge which is very generous as other hosts may charge $80+ for this service! His cars are toll tag loaded, a must for me. Definitely suggest taking advantage of the Tesla Superchargers to save time and money! He definitely helped me make a decision in my next car purchase! And when I need to rent again, I will definitely be contacting Dexy!
