Description

Very nice looking black Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2008 model, 2WD, with only 122,913 miles, people have previously told me it felt like a 2018 riding in it. Extremely neat and clean interior, CD player works, it's an automatic transmission 3.7L, V6 engine and with great A/C, fast heater, a charging outlet with 2 USB inputs/2 car charger adapter ports, an auxiliary plug, working radio with good speakers. I keep an iPod charger inside the middle console with a car manual that includes your insurance and inspection documents. There's jumper cables in back/trunk with moving straps if you need help moving heavy objects. Also a survival kit in the glove compartment and small hammer device for breaking a car window if ever trapped inside. The Jeep is amazing for transporting up to 5 people, carrying material loads, fits up to 65 gallons of paint just in the back trunk and pieces of plywood 10 ft long without folding back seats down (slid through the back window which also opens), and the back seats fold down. Trailer hitch ball with drop included. 10/20/20 - Oil change complete, new alternator installed, and trunk latch replaced on 10/21/20. In October 2020, repaired bearing on right rear differential. June 1, 2020 - all new spark plugs, new front brakes and rotors, a brand new radiator, and plenty of coolant, new transmission fluid, a new fuse for USB charging, and fully serviced June 2020. As of June 2020 alternator was less than 1 year old. Inspection is not due until 12/2020. Overall, best car I ever had, and I love driving this vehicle because it sits up higher off the ground and that makes it easier to see and avoid unexpected road debris which is common on Houston roadways. The only adjustment to make when driving is to press a little harder than normal on the brakes for best brake responsiveness in this vehicle. From time to time vehicle warning light indicates it needs an oil change before it's actually due, or indicates a low tire prematurely, but you with the oil it's usually always before mileage is actually due. Please adjust the child lock on the back doors if you have young kids too. I have some sunglasses above my rear view mirror in top ceiling tray, usually some disposable gloves or sanitizing wipes in the front glove box, Air Freshener tree hanging from mirror, an umbrella (back right trunk) and I had a furniture cover (under trunk mat) for moving, but 2 trips prior to today which is 11/5/20 the furniture cover wasn't returned so I'll need to purchase a new one for you if you need one. Please let me know for reimbursement. Otherwise when cleaning supplies get low for replenishment, please notify me to be courteous and safe for the next passenger. *For anyone who returns my vehicle with a recent car wash and interior vacuum cleaning, I'm happy to give you back $10 regardless of trip length, since this greatly helps me before I disinfect it myself for the next trip. Go to Cadillac Express Car Wash at 12490 S Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77045 near my preferred location where I have an unlimited car wash pass already on my windshield that lets you in. This car wash chain has 3 other locations in Houston too. The car wash pass lets you drive through the car wash without paying or human interaction, and you can vacuum the car at their stations too as much as needed for FREE. Notify me if you wash it upon your return for the discount. Otherwise, I request reimbursement for cleaning & disinfecting costs. If you purchase the prepaid fuel option, you need to notify me here BEFORE your trip starts because I’ve had a trip where the customer thought they had purchased this, when in fact they hadn’t. Turo should be able to confirm this with both of us on the trip receipt. If it is not purchased and returned with less fuel than upon pick up, I will request reimbursement. **Also, it pains me to see what's happening in the U.S. lately since the death of George Floyd, may he RIP. While I'm not African American, if you are, please know, from my family to yours, I'm devastated situations like this are happening and there's no place for the racism you are experiencing in our world today, and the rest of us need to do a much better job proving that all black lives matter because they all do my friends.

Parking details

Please pick up the keys from me in person and return the Jeep keys directly to my home address and park the Jeep on the street curb here upon return. If that space is unavailable, park the Jeep at the back of the left drive-way. Car key will be provided at pick up in person, and returned in person too. *There's no on-site parking, you will have to Uber here to pick up the vehicle and then drop it off here as well. The neighbor at 5502 Post Oak Manor Drive can be trusted with the key if there's an emergency and no one is available upon your return for the in person drop off.

Guidelines

Pets are welcome if you clean up after them. Please pick up after your pet and return the vehicle clean if your pet rides during your trip, especially if your pet does shed easily during your trip. See my offer above for washing the car to get $10 from me if it's returned with a car wash and vacuum using my FREE car wash and vacuum pass, this is for saving me the time. If the car is returned with a new odor from belongings, occupants, or smoke, I do request reimbursement reimbursement for the cost to remove it for the next passenger, whether with Ozium or Charcoal. Please do not return the vehicle smelling like smoke. I will request reimbursement of at least $50 for the inconvenience and any monies I spend removing smoke or new smells which may be caused by your personal belongings during transport. I'm happy to remove my delivery fees but ONLY if you request a trip of 5 days or longer and bring the vehicle back with a car wash and vacuum, using my free pass, and ONLY if after that the vehicle does not have a new smell and there's no pet dandruff left inside for the next rider. I like to keep my car on the road. Thanks for understanding.
