🚭 There is No smoking permitted in the vehicle. Minimum Smoke Removal Fee: $250 🐶 Pets are welcome but guests must notify us in advance and are still responsible for any costs related to cleaning after the animal 💎 Please return the car in the condition you received it. 🚫 There are no secondary drivers unless authorized by Turo. If anyone other than the registered driver drives there will be an additional fee charged. ⚠️ No reckless driving , hard acceleration or hard breaking. I can track acceleration, speed and vehicle location at all times. 🚯 Please no eating in the vehicle, bottled water is fine. ⛽️ Return the vehicle at the gas tank level you received the vehicle or you will be charged a $50 post trip refuel charge fee. ✅ Please return the vehicle washed and vacuumed or you will be charged a $50 post trip cleaning fee.

Where can we drive?
Renters can drive within United States. NO OUT OF COUNTRY TRAVEL / Border Crossing (Canada / Mexico) driving unless authorized in advance. All of our vehicles have GPS to notify us if a vehicle leaves geofence.
How do Tolls Work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. For ease and your convenience during your trip, the vehicle has a Toll tag and tolls will be monitored throughout your trip. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all of the toll charges accrued during the trip and request reimbursement to cover the charges. To avoid additional cost you have the option to avoid travelling on toll roads.
Do you offer Delivery?
Yes, for your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various Houston destinations.
Oh No! There is a scratch or damage to the car. What happens now?
The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee. Tire and Rim damage is the most common type of damage that occurs on vehicles. We take clear photos of each tire and rim before and after each tip, and we highly suggest our guests do the same. There will be a $250.00 charge for any damage found on the rim per rim.
Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
