Guidelines
Car MUST be ran through a car wash and MUST be vacuumed upon return. Even if just slightly dirty on the outside if the car is returned unwashed and the prepaid cleaning fee was waived, then you can be charged for a cleaning fee according Turo rules. This is a NON SMOKING car. Please DO NOT smoke ANYTHING in this car. You can be charged to get the interior detailed if this rule is violated and residual smells are present - PETS - Are allowed, but we ask that you mitigate any potential allergy issues by laying down sheets, covers, or using a crate. Any found pet hair or dander may incur a cleaning fee. - PARKING - You can park your own vehicle on the same location where you picking up my car for $10/day. Just let me know and I will find a parking space for your car

Nightmare couldn’t charge my phone wipers not working caught in the rain no Bluetooth buttons flew off when I tried to put up windows car smelled like cigarettes just overall embarrassing to me and my family on Xmas I have pictures and videos of everything car even had a check engine to top it off

We checked wipers, it works. This car has no Bluetooth, check description carefully. You had no any complaints till I sent late fee request. Car was returned in 5 hours later in extremely dirty condition. It was very bad experience.

Car came dirty, two seatbelts didn’t buckle however he plans to look into it hopefully it can be resolved
