⚠️ Important Car Rental Guidelines ⚠️ 🚗 Return Condition - Additional fees may apply for cars returned with less than a full tank or not returned in the similar condition it was provided. 🐾 Pet Policy - Pets are allowed, but ensure all pet hair is removed before returning the car. - A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for pet hair left behind. 🚭 No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. - A $150 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor. 🏖️ Beach Sand Advisory - Vehicles are vacuumed after beach trips, but some sand may remain. Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Must also file a claim on Turo 🚦 Toll & Traffic Violations - Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period.

Convenient the only thing was that the car didn't have the front plate, but everything was good, thanks for the rent.

Vehicle is not at airport parking. You must take a shuttle. This is a rental company not a particular person. Upon arrival the administrator mentioned they made a mistake and gave off the bronco we had rented to another person by accident. They got confused since the license plate from the bronco was the same except for 1 number from another bronco they had. He was unable to provide us with the bronco in stock at the rental since they had it rented for another customer.
They then offered other options and we chose the chevy. We wanted the bronco because it was more confortable for the party of 5. We waited 20 minutes because the vehicle need to be cleaned.
The chevy was too small for us 5.
We have rented through TURO perhaps in 5 occasions and had never had a porblem like this. I guess because particular people pay more attention to details and the customer satisfaction.
