GUIDELINES: We work hard to make sure this car is cleaned, sanitized, and prepped for you! Please make sure to return the vehicle the same condition it was given to you. ENHANCED SANITATION: This car is thoroughly disinfected after each trip. Frequently touched areas such as steering wheels, door handles, trunk latches are sanitized with approved disinfectants. CLEANING: The car is always clean. Sanitation will be done thoroughly before every trip. The Sequoia must be returned in the same condition as you received it. NO PETS & NO SMOKING: NO SMOKING of any kind, including vaping, or PETS of any kind. A deep cleaning service fee will be charged by the Turo reservation if there is any evidence. FUEL: The Sequoia will be provided with gas when your trip is started. The car is expected to be returned at an equal fuel level. If the fuel level is not the same when you return the vehicle, you will be charged an inconvenience fee by Turo if prepaid fuel isn’t purchased with the reservation. PARKING: While we strongly recommend ubering to the vehicle location, you may park your car in the parking lot if available AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Nice clean vehicle that was as listed and safely took us on an important trip. We ended up a flat tire along the way, around 800 miles from home and despite Turo support not being clear on steps to handle the situation, our host took care of our out of pocket expenses. Pick up was slightly different than expected as the keys were not in the lockbox when we arrived. I decided to go into the nail salon and ask, luckily they knew who had the keys. There was also a slight cigarette odor on the steering wheel like someone who smoked drove the vehicle with smoky hands and it transfered to my hands and clothes. After a few days of our 9 day trip it got a bit better. Other than that, I'd highly recommend the rental and host.
