GUIDELINES: We work hard to make sure this car is cleaned, sanitized, and prepped for you! Please make sure to return the vehicle the same condition it was given to you. ENHANCED SANITATION: This car is thoroughly disinfected after each trip. Frequently touched areas such as steering wheels, door handles, trunk latches are sanitized with approved disinfectants. CLEANING: The car is always clean. Sanitation will be done thoroughly before every trip. This car must be returned in the same condition as you received it. If any cleaning is needed to return the car to its original given condition, a minimum of $50 will be applied to your invoice, Included but not limited to vacuuming, car wash, and any detailing. NO PETS & NO SMOKING: no smoking of any kind, including vaping, or PETS of any kind. A deep cleaning service fee will be charged by the Turo reservation if there is any evidence. FUEL: The highlander will be provided with gas when your trip is started. The car is expected to be returned at an equal fuel level. If the fuel level is not the same when you return the vehicle, you will be charged an inconvenience fee by Turo if prepaid fuel isn’t purchased with the reservation. PARKING: While we strongly recommend ubering to the vehicle location, you may park your car in the parking lot if available AT YOUR OWN RISK.
