Amalia was such a great host, very easy communication and easy to retrieve the car. Car drove great, My only issue was the car interior did smell like smoke which was uncomfortable.

I apologize if you smelled tobacco. I don't smoke and never have. Before each guest, the car is always washed at the car wash, so I don't know what smell you smelled, perhaps it was from the previous client. You are the first one to complain about my car.

Omg....what a beautiful car. First time I ever drove an EV. I love Audi's version. It sounds good, it's super quick, and looks super sexy. Amalia was so easy to work with. When I booked her car....it was saying it required a 3 hr reservation prior to rental time. So I did. Then I reached out to her and asked if it was ready if I could come earlier. She was so cool.... "of course , come get it". I loved the car and she was a joy to work. Communication was quick and easy going. What a pleasure. I would definitely rent from her again. Thanks Amalia 😎
