For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and when returning it. (3)Please send me a message with any concerns or questions or to extend trip. (4)The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon return. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be a cleaning charge. All I can say is wow. This was my first time using Toro and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Spencer and his Jeep. I was running late for pick up but he remained patient and understanding, couldn’t ask for a better or quicker responding owner. He definitely set the bar. 6 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Being a first timer on Turo, I didn't know what to expect, but Spencer hit it out of the park! We got an older model Jeep, but it was in show room condition! Had a great time exploring Arizona and enjoying the sun! Awesome ride, thanks again Spencer!
