Pick up and drop off times Please be sure that your pick up and drop off times are correct. Do not make these times your flight times. At times customers mistakenly I will say that the return time is 9 AM when it’s actually their flight time. In most cases you should be arriving at the airport an hour and a half before your trip so in your reservation your drop off time should be 7:30 am. If your plane Is scheduled for a 2 PM arrival most likely you will need a half hour deplane and pick up your luggage. Changes If there are any changes for your pick up or drop off times; You must modify your trip on the Turo app. Running Late If you need any additional time during your rental please send me a message as there will be an $30 hourly charge for the added time. You may also extend your rental prior to end time for a much better rate. Flight delays When you were dealing with my team we always do door to door/curbside pick up and delivery. We make it a breeze. However, from time to time they are flight delays. If this happens to you we may leave the car in the short term parking area for you to pick up. If this happens it is suggested that you pick up the car and drive it to the arrivals area so your family can put the luggage in the vehicle without having to carry it. Short term parking areas are usually write a crossed from your arrival doors. If this happens we will call you And tell you exactly what to do. This may also need to be done on your departure. You’ll be charged whatever your tolls are for your trip. Turo app I do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental.
