Gas guzzler. Charging ports didn't charge my phone. I had to stop and get a battery pack because my phone completely died after I got on the road.

This my 2nd time booking with Thomas and must say they were nice and stayed in contact to pick up and drop off will be booking again truck was clean and rode smooth. Had no problems and returned safely.

The host was very nice. The car broke down while on the highway. My son and I were stranded. Turo did not send someone to get us while I was 350 miles from home. We waited on the side of the road for hours before a family member came and got us from GA. Turo then gave me partial reimbursement. I had to call and stress the importance of a full refund. I almost missed my sister’s funeral because of this. I think I’ll just rent from Enterprise moving forward .

I'm very sorry that happened and I'm very sorry that you had to deal with this in an already trying time. I feel terrible. The alternator went on the vehicle. Everything has been replaced and repaired. We would have been more than happy to supply a replacement vehicle. Unfortunately, it was so far away, and when we spoke to Turo, they said they were able to find you a local replacement. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you, please let me know.
