Such a smooth rental process, Sai was extremely responsive and helpful.
I'd only used traditional car rental companies before, so I was a little nervous about this.
A little miscommunication in the beginning so I didn’t get the keys for half hour past pick up time but Brad was very accommodating in the return of vehicle allowing for half hour later on drop off.
The car was very nice and was similar in price to say a mid-size rental at a big box place, but this was a way nicer way to travel.
Chris & Veronica were very friendly & professional, car was immaculate, and handoff/trip went off without a hitch.
Great location to pick up and car was perfect for my family trip on the weekend.

My original booking had to be canceled less than 24 hours before my trip was supposed to start which was nerve wracking but thankfully I was able to book the Outlander and was still able to go on my trip.
We drove over 100 miles without any issues back and forth with family.
From now on, whenever we schedule a flight to Seattle, we will reserve a rental car with Andrey.
I asked to extend my rental for a day, which he promptly and graciously agreed too.
