FAQ *********** Q: Do I have to return the car clean? A: The car needs to be returned in the same condition you received it at. If car is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be incurred depending on how excessive the dirt is. Q: Do I have to recharge the car before returning it? A: The car needs to be recharged to the same amount you received it at. I will always try to provide the vehicle with at least 160 miles of range on pickup. Q: How do I pay for supercharging A: Supercharging is automatically billed to my Tesla account. I will send a reimbursement request for the supercharging fees at the end of the trip. Q: Is this vehicle available on my selected dates? A: You can easily view the calendar to see which days the car is available. Q: Are you able to deliver to the airport or my house/hotel? A: Yes, and delivery is free with rentals of 5 days or more. Otherwise, please put in your address and the delivery fee will be calculated Q: Can I pick up/drop off the car earlier/later A: Unfortunately, with the amount of vehicles I have to pick up and deliver, bookings must be picked up and returned on time. Late pick ups may result in a cancellation or late fee Q: What do I do about bridge tolls? A: All cars have Fastrak which allows you to drive right through the toll without having to pay. Tolls will be billed to your account after Q: Can I bring my pet and/or smoke in the vehicle? A: Sorry, no pets or smoking is permitted in the vehicle

There a lot of public charging stations available to charge it. My favorite stations are Electrify America. There are 3 of them located nearby: Emeryville, Alameda, and a 20 stall station in downtown SF.
