**DULLES Airport Delivery!!!** **If you are flying in to Dulles please choose airport delivery as you will be able to use the free shuttle to and from the terminal 2014 Jeep Cherokee! - 25 mpg - All Wheel Drive with Snow, Sport, Sand and Mud modes - Heated Seats - Full Vehicle Sunroof - Upgraded Sound System w/Subwoofer Please upload the following to the "Trip Photos" section of your reservation in the Turo app after you have placed your reservation. 1. A close up picture of your driver’s license 2. You holding the drivers license next to your face (as we do a contactless drop off, we need to verify that you are the person in your license) 3. A picture of your insurance card Airport Pickup - The vehicle will be parked in the Economy Lot (Green Lot) at Dulles Airport. Upon exiting baggage claim, take the 24 hr shuttle to the Green Lot and retrieve the vehicle. All our cars will be contactless self check in and check out utilizing a lockbox. We will reach out the day before your reservation to make sure your documents are successfully uploaded and that you are safely in transit. The day of your reservation, once the car is prepped and is ready we will send you the lockbox code and the location of the vehicle. As an FYI, once you retrieve the car Dulles will charge you $12 to exit the lot. Non-Airport Pickup - This will be a contactless self check in and check out utilizing a lockbox. Local location and in depth details will be provided upon booking. Airport Return - When returning the vehicle please park in the Economy Lot at Dulles (Green Lot). Take and upload (to Turo's Trip Photos section) a photo of the parking sign where you parked within the lot so that we will be able to locate the vehicle once you depart, then use Turo's check-out service in the app to complete your trip. Non-Airport Return - The vehicle is to be returned to the delivery location given to you at booking. In depth details upon booking. Smoking/Pets - NEITHER SMOKING NOR PETS ARE ALLOWED. If smoke or any other odor related to smoke is detected after your drop off, you will be charged $150 for the odor removal and interior detailing of the car to get the odor eliminated. Scratches/Damage - Please take and upload as many pictures of the exterior/interior of the car as you deem appropriate to document the condition and to document any pre-existing scratches/damage. You will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage but you would be responsible for the any new damage caused by you or someone else while the car was in your possession. Tolls/Parking & Speeding Tickets - Please note that you will be responsible for any tolls, parking or speeding tickets that you incur while on the trip. Late Returns - If the vehicle is returned up to 2 hours late after your checkout time, Turo charges half a day worth rental fees. If it is returned more than 2 hours late, Turo charges a full day rental plus $20. Cleaning/Gas - The vehicle will always be delivered washed (inside/out) and with a full tank of gas - please return the car in the same condition. If you plan on not returning the car in the condition you received it or if you think time will be an issue when returning, please see the "extras" section to purchase prepaid gas and/or cleaning.
