Great car, host was very helpful. Perfect for a ski trip - when other cars were sliding all over the place, we were in great shape. Tons of room too!

I've rented this car twice (one year apart). The first time I rented everything was great (except maybe one of the blinker switches not working properly which wasn't a big deal). But the second time I rented the same car I noticed that unfortunately brake rotors hace some issues - pressing on the brakes would lead to a very noticeable vibration which indicates problems with car's brake rotors which is pretty dangerous. 3 ppl from our group had to drive the car and everyone has noticed it We were on a tight schedule and I couldn't return it or change to another car so we had to drive it as is. Other than that pick-up and drop-off process is smooth.
