PLEASE READ; do not select “Denver, CO 80249” location (your request will not be responded to if you do), as we do not have the car at that location. There is a delivery fee for this a car you are renting. To avoid Airport Fees, in additions to the delivery fee, select “Denver Airport Center” located at 7030 Tower Road, Denver CO Denver, instead of Denver International Airport since the airport requires that Turo collect and remit a fee for all airport reservations. Car will be located at airport shuttle lot for pickup and drop off. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any special request and I will do my best to accommodate if given notice ahead of time. Car is 4x4/AWD, so you won’t have issues if needed in snow. Car is expected to be ran through a wash, vacuumed, and in the same clean condition the guest received it in. One day rentals: we do not deliver for one day rentals. You will need to take an uber or Lyft to and from the car for your one day rental. We are a 15 min drive away from the airport. NO SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.),

Owner was very nice. However, the car was not in good shape. Personally, I would retire the car. There were about 10 items on the car that were broken or not working properly. The most scary part was having the check engine light on during the entire trip, was not sure if we would break down or not.

Hunter, this is an Evap code due to a gas cap. Right now, there are no gas caps to be found in this country for this car. This is a result of lack of production due to manufacturing lines being shut down from covid. The evap code does not change the performance of the car. Once I receive my gas cap from Amazon, I will stick it on and the engine code will go away. Thanks again and take care

Trip went just as we expected it to. Even needed a couple hours extension on the last day to comfortably make it to the airport and Brian okayed it with no issues.

This will definitely be our first and last time using Turo. The vehicle we chose from Brian was so raggedy looks nothing like the pictures he shows the airbag light flashes the entire time you’re driving the vehicle. The airbags lights are on in the car the check engine light stayed on the entire time. We filled the car up after our trip and it stayed on half a tank the gauge did not move up. The gas covering for the gas cap flaps open the entire time you’re driving the car. The seats are dirty and stained smells very weird. Radio didn’t work when we first got in the car once we started riding the radio went on then out an never came back on reached out to the host an advising that the radio is working he told us maybe we should turn the power on. We only use the vehicle for one day of our entire five day trip because of how raggedy and unsafe we felt driving it

keyonna - I believe this is a case of resistance on your end. Turo requires guests to upload Driver’s licenses to avoid fraudulent use. From the onset of the trip, feyonna resisted ID request. Without the ID, we cannot let the car go out. She went to the wrong address to pick up the car. In 3,000+ trips, I’ve had this happen 2-times. Keyonna simply didn’t read the 2-sentences for pickup. I would not rent to Keyonna on the grounds she spends more time being combative than communicative.
