Little Hiccup at the start but honestly such great service recovery and no other issues throughout. Will def be using them again.

They were 45 minutes late dropping off the vehicle. The car was dirty, and it was overdue for service.

Thanks again for everything Jared! We were actually ready on time, but you went to the wrong location. Additionally, we just got our oil change handled, and it just snowed the morning of your trip. We asked if you wanted us to wash it, and you said no since it was still snowing. Regardless, I hope you have a great experience next time! We would love to rent to you again.

Great 4 wheel drive car for Denver and getting to Summit County. Host was very responsive. My only critique is that the pickup spot was a few blocks away from the location provided, not sure if it was my apple maps or not but it took a few minutes to find where the car was exactly. Once we found the car it was very easy to start the trip. I would rent this car again in the future.
