I take great pride in keeping my cars cleaned and SANITIZED. To prevent the spread of germs during this flu season every car and key is sanitized and cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Rest assured you are driving the cleanest germ free rental car on the market! I am also a veteran Host when it comes to remote pick ups and checkouts. If you prefer to pick up your vehicle without needing to meet in person, feel free to let me know :) This versatile Jeep Wrangler is an example of American ingenuity at it's best. With 4 wheel drive, it's definitely designed for camping and mountainside adventures in the snowy Colorado winter. Automatic Transmission, not a Manual One of the best features of the Jeep Wrangler, is the ability to configure the body in any fashion you please! The front and rear roof panels, and doors can come right off for a complete transformation. Feel free to request any configuration you would like, and I will have this beauty set up for your request! Since the rear hardtop piece is large, I'll set up the bolts for an easy removal, but we don't have a place to store the top, so feel free to ask how that works, and ill be happy to help! Ryan was wonderful to rent from! This was our first time using Turo and it did not disappoint! We will definitely rent from Ryan on our next trip! Easy drop off and pick up and Ryan was responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

The vehicle was delivered promptly and it was is great shape. The handoff was seamless in both the return and the pick up. We were very happy with this vehicle and our experience.

From the beginning, something was off about Ryan. He called me when I was at the airport and said the car was parked in the location, but the outside of the car was dirty because of a sprinkler and that I would not have to clean the car upon return. He asked that I call him when I arrive at the car. When I arrived, I called and he did not answer. He called back a few minutes later and asked what car I was picking up.... I literally had just talked to him less than 30 minutes prior to that. How many cars does this guy have listed that he can forget so quickly who he is talking to? Red flag. He once again told me that I did not have to clean the car upon return because the car was already dirty from the morning sprinkler...which I call BS because the outside of the car was covered in dirt. I don't recall sprinklers spraying dirt, but whatever. Sounds like The inside was supposed to be disinfected, but it felt grimey. On the second day of my trip I had an unfortunate accident to my knee and ended up having to stay at a hotel only 15 minutes from the dropoff location, next to the hospital that I was taken to. I messaged Ryan because I feared how I would be able to drive the car to the dropoff when my entire right leg was in an unbendable cast. I was travelling alone. He said he felt bad, but then gave no insight on what I could do. I physically could not drive without putting myself and others in danger. He read my message where I offered to cover a rideshare for him or someone else to my location (only 15 mins from the dropoff, might I remind you) and he left it on read. The next morning I got an automated message about dropping off my car... REALLY? You leave me on read where I say I can not drop off the car and I need help finding a solution, and you send a tone-deaf robot response? I offered to pay for a rideshare. I had no choice but to get in the car, back my seat up so my leg didn't have to bend, and drive painfully to the drop off. I told him I would be a little late, and he said no worries. I dropped off the car 30 minutes late, crying the whole way in pain, got in an uber and went back to my hotel. I was not looking at my phone because I had bigger things on my mind, and when I finally opened it an hour or so later, I had threats from Ryan and from Turo saying the car is unaccounted for and I was breaking protocol. WHAT? I dropped the car off 30 minutes late, which Ryan said was okay. In the dropoff instructions it never said to text him or notify anyone, just leave keys in the glovebox, which I did. How would he know when it was dropped off if he wasn't there? All in all, it's not Ryans fault that I got injured. It's not his fault that I was unable to safely return my car to the location. However, how hard would it have been for him to offer some leniency and agree to meet me at my location? I would've paid $100 more and left a glowing review if he had done that, but instead he did not and is now nickle and diming me for things that are not true, like a smoke odor fee....I do not smoke and no one else was in the car because, again, I was travelling alone. When I just brought up the smoking fee, he said "let me check, it might have been another trip." Does he do this to people days after their trip in hopes of them not noticing? I would be very cautious of renting with Ryan. Seems like he doesn't know how to keep track of his business.
